I looked all over Palm Beach for just the right office space and I found this building. It is amazing! It's at great location and just steps away from pretty much everything. I would totally recommend David Associates to whom ever is in need of a great office. I know they have buildings in other locations in S. FL. Highly recommend!

Overall I am very satisfied. They are great property managers- very attentive and respond quickly to any issues. The building is clean and has nice amenities.

If you need a professional looking office with a reasonable price tag and good property managers, I would highly recommend them!

If you're looking for office space to lease this should be your first call. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and courteous but very down to earth and helpful making sure all yours needs are met when viewing and selecting your lease. They were easy to work with on the price and terms. The leasing agent that helped me was very professional and responsive. I would highly recommend The David Associates if you're looking for an office space in the area.

Our property manager and leasing agent, Lisa Strickland, is extremely nice and easy to work with. As our staff grew, she was very accommodating in moving us to another space in the building that better suited our new size. She is also quick to respond to any requests we may have (maintenance or other).

As a tenant of the harvey building for about 4 years now, I am very happy with The David Associates. Their staff is kind and helpful, my maintenance requests have always been completed quickly and the building is very clean.

Run away fast. David and Associates will tell you what you want hear before you sign the lease however they will NOT make good on any promises. They don't do any repairs and have a very unprofessional staff. I'm willing to pay to get out as fast as i can.

If you're considering leasing one of their commercial properties, save yourself the headache now and run as fast as you can from the deal because it probably sounds too good to be true because it is. They are the worst company i have ever dealt with in my 32 years of leasing.
