Present Banyan Property Management is terrible when it comes to homeowner association management. Impossible to reach, non-responsive, overall terrible communication processes and skills. Reagardless of what it is - trying to rent the club-house or reuqesting to explain why there is construction being done on my property premisses without any prior notification. Property manager Christine Blundon is plain unprofessional. These people need to up their game - I am paying their salary, but see 0 effort from them. Would never recommend.

Best management I've ever had in Florida. I've been working with them for years now.
We rent a place from them and have been here about 6 months. The only problem we had was with the water heater. They replaced it the following day and that was that. we have had no other maintenance issues and they were always pretty easy to deal with.

I have been trying to get a problem
resolved for more than a month in our community, which is not a rental one, with no success. Banyan Property Management has no idea how to run a community. They change the property manager every 6 months. Those managers are terrible, have no experience, and just sit on their hands and wait to get their pay check.
They believe that "effective communication is the key measurement of successful property management", as said on their Web site. BS!!! They have NO COMMUNICATION skills. I send emails to the on-site manager Jared Hollander and Lisa Riddle, who is supposed to be a supervisor - they do not either bother to answer an email.
I have been very happy with this management company. They are easy to reach and take care of maintenance and repairs quickly when the need arises.
They have been great! They never let me down and often out-perform my expectations. They are good at what they do and I appreciate their competent service.
