I had not been able to pay my bills since I lost my job in 2011. Thank goodness for debthelper. They explained the rules to the collection phone calls I was getting and also the requirements to the letters of collection. It really made sense of it for me. I recommend them and their services. It's a clear path ahead for me now.

Totally satisfied. We are more than lucky to have been referred to deb helpers via one of our credit cards debt management department. I have always paid my credit card bills on time, however, I was injured in an automobile accident. With the mounting medical bills, I could not continue to keep up. We made several outreaches to the credit cards but was told there was nothing they could do to lower our interest rates. Susan Commanarano was a life saver. She and her team went to work immediately and saved us over $700 a month in interest alone on just one of the credit cards. We have been clients for six months and are now finally beginning to see our credit card balances come down. Totally amazing what this organization can do. Have recommended this organization to several friends without hesitation.

Pofessional service!. I feel very lucky to have found Carlos Llerena! He helped us to deal with our bank. If it had not been for him, they(the bank) would have won. He is professional, knowledgeable and helpful in many ways. I would highly recommend Carlos. Thank you very much....

At My Witts End With the Credit Card Companies. After three or four months of trying to work it out with the credit card companies myself with absolutely NO success, I found DebtHelpers and Susan Cammarano. Everything happens for a reason! Susan is professional, knowledgeable, puts you at ease, and assisted me with the best solution for my situation. I have been in the program for 22 months now and Susan continues to assist me with outstanding customer service. I will now be working with Debthelpers to assist in my loan modification. I have recommended many friends in similar situations to sign up and they have. Thank you Susan for being there! It feels great to be on the road to being debt free!

Professional service. I would like to thank Carlos LLerena and Debthelper for helping save my home. My home went into foreclosure, and I didn't know where to turn. A friend told me about Debthelper, and especially about Carlos LLerena. He told me to call Carlos, and he was sure he could help me. He was right! Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable about the mordification process. I am so pleased, that my mortgage issues were resolved ,and I was able to modify my loan and keep my home. the difficult made easy. My contact at debthelper, Susan Cammarano, helped me convert an overwhelming credit card nightmare into a manageable monthly commitment in no time flat and with very little effort on my part. She also pulled off something of a miracle in terms of the interest rate she managed to secure...unheard of in the credit card world. Highly recommended. This organization stands out from the rest as I did plenty of shopping around before finding them. Ask for Susan, personally. You won't be disappointed!

My Mortgage Solution. I was in a very serious desperate situation when Debthelper, and especially Carlos Llerena, came to my rescue. He was wonderful to work with. Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable in assisting me in getting my mortgage modified. I can’t said enough about the way I was treated by Mr. Llerena. Best Customer Service in the Industry. Many of my Reverse Mortgage Clients have used Credit Card Management Services, Inc. over the past 3 years. My clients have always expressed satisfaction with their counseling sessions and there is no doubt they have by far the best customer service in the industry. They have excellent counselors and their support staff is extremely helpful.
