This is a very dishonest business, first question asked of me was is this an insurance claim or our of pocket? Once they knew it was an insurance claim they attempted to add additional repairs and inflate the damages, I know the damaged I had as I had just come from the dealership and had a print out from the dealership, when I confronted them about there excessive inflated printed estimate I was told this is what was found. This is pure crap, they knew just what they were doing trying to do, rip me off they thought they could pull the wool over my eyes, surprise to them, when I confronted them I was told, after I informed them of my prior written estimate there excuse was "were sorry we hit the wrong keys when importing the information please let us re-enter it" Good thing I was given a copy of there estimate before I told them about the dealership estimate. They did requested there's back and I refused. I've reported them via fax to the State of Florida for fraud for grossly inflating and misrepresenting my damages by inflating damages not present. I forwarded both estimates the correct one from the dealership and the grossly misrepresented inflated one from this place to the authorities for investigation.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST ASK. To Mr Wallace.. and the FIRED Employees for Stealing shop materials and tools and doing side jobs on the weekend and not depositing the payments on monday. The only deposits were in your own pockets ( Debrah and Gary) There is NO such documentation of this Mr Wallace having his auto repaired in this shop. If there is such a document then Bring it in with the auto and i will repair the auto and supply a FREE rental car while the auto is being repaired !!! This establishment takes all forms of Payment for any work performed..This shop IS insurance approved !!! There is NO investigation with the state of Florida !!! The only investigation is going to be on YOU Debrah and Gary. PLEASE STOP THESE FALSE STATMENTS THIS IS SLANDER AND WILL BE PROSCUTED.

BAD PAINT WORK BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. My car went in for a paint job nothing more when I picked it up it had deep sanding scratches under paint & clear coat. the owner Tony told me I should bring it back in about a week, I'm still waiting for these thief to repair the damage they did. I had to pay for a rental car the first time, I asked them to pay for it when my car returns to be fixed from the mess-up and was told no they dont pay for rentals. Wish I paid with my credit card then I would have a leg to stand on I could of disputed the service and my card company would of stood behind me. My insurance company cant help as well because they are NOT an APPROVED INSURANCE shop, if I had gone one of my insurance company's repair shops I wouldn't be dealing with this mess all to save my deductible and tax so not worth all the aggravation I'm dealing with now. . but no I was offered if ii pay in cash I could say the taxes as Tony said I hate paying them A@@#$%es any more than I have to" the painter and manager guy came in he was a nice at first note my words at first! and said by paying them in cash would really help them out as well. I didnt think twice boy was I taken for a ride. If you are dumb enough to go to this place pay with your credit card you can also dispute poor transaction paying cash with no receipt you'll get screwed like I did.I have since reported them to the State Of Florida.I hope to assist them in investigating them for tax fraud see they refused to give me a company receipt but the old guy Tony gave me something stamped paid with his signature, GOT CHA NOW! They say they are owned by a woman all that is and was at this place the three times I was were men no woman. I think an woman may own this just so the guys get a tax break like the old guy says he hates paying taxes. This place is a bad joke and a nightmare I wish I could awake from. I hope if you are reading this you will think hard and long before you go here and if you do pay with your credit card
