I wanted to write this note to thank all the folks at Chariots of Palm Beach for making my purchase of my 2006 Jaguar XJ8L a pleasure. Normally I dread the prospect of buying a car, and normally have my husband deal with the negotiations. In your case, you were very forthright and honest and you made the experience a pleasure. I was extremely impressed when you provided me with the information off the internet showing the value of the car, so that I could be assured I was not paying too much. Again, I want to thank you for making the buying experience so positive. I would certainly recommend Chariots of Palm Beach to anyone who wishes to buy a car.

We recently purchased a Mercedes from Hugh Bates the owner of Chariots of Palm Beach. Hugh made us feel very comfortable during the sales process and we continue to be extremely happy with our car and the service. Chariots had an exceptional selection of vehicles at the dealership and Hugh answered all of our questions and provided all the information we were looking for in order to make an informed decision about which car was right for us. After the purchase, we had some questions which were answered promptly and courteously. Having found the Range Rover I was looking for but some 280 miles away as I live in Jacksonville, I was not overally excited to drive that distance sight unseen except a few pictures on the chariots web site. Knowing it fit all the parameters I needed I took the chance and made the drive. All I can say is I will never purchase another exotic high performance vehicle anywhere else. I was dealt with in a way that was superior to any other vehicle purchase prior and there's been a bunch1 Here's where the difference applied: the vehicle had a few minor issued and having been used this was to be expected, a few minor dings, tires worn, etc.When I returned to pickup the vehicle the next day, the dings were fully repaired.The vehicle had brand new good year tires all the way around and fully serviced. While sitting at Chris's desk a sign sits so promptly I'll paraphrase. Basically, it reads, negotiating a fair deal results in a value purchase, over the haggle and purchase you required may never provide the full service intended thereby costing you far more than the difference in haggling. Chris and Hugh earned my business forever in luxury car sales and I looked forward to working with them in the near future.

As you know, I will be moving to France, but I would like to take this moment to express to you my gratitude for the professionalism and courtesy you have shown me over the years in the purchase and sale of my two vehicles. Several years ago I purchased an SL convertible from your firm and quite frankly the enjoyment I received from the car was only surpassed by the quality of care and service you provided. The car was exactly as it was presented and the buying experience was pleasurable as humanly possible. It was the first time I had actually felt good about buying a car. It was pleasant, quick, and pleasurable.

March of 2002, I have had the pleasure of finding your Auto Dealership on the internet. And at first glance I had been impressed with the selection and caliber of Vehicles that had been listed on your web-site. Looking at many auto stores, yours had it hands down. That day I had just been looking! There it was hiding between a few other cars a Blue BMW. My dream car I finally found after about one year of looking. The sales experience had been very low key, no pressure. Finance and trade in on my old car had been very easy.
