Couldn't get service.
Went for a late afternoon lunch around 2:00. There was another couple in front of us waiting to be seated when we walked in. The hostess was cleaning a table and then came and took them back. She then started cleaning the table next to them, we presumed for us. When she was finished she started bussing a second. When she went on to the third we walked out the door. No one ever acknowledged us and acted as if we weren't there.

National chain rustles up rib eyes, T-bones and fillets in a kid-friendly, Lone Star-inspired setting..
In Short
One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.
