This florist is amazing! I don't know what some of these people are talking about because I have had nothing like that!! My family has been using this florist on a regular basis for years! They have wonderful flowers that last forever! The owners are wonderful. They help as much as they can! I would highly recommend this florist to anyone!

LILL M SEPY.2,2012 ftd will be notified about the quality of flowers and arrangements sent to customers. An expensive bouquet was sent to me for my birthday by my children. They were delivered in a narrow mouthed vase with many leaves below the water line. The flowers were so crushed into the vase that by the next morning they were starting to wilt. I called(not the first time I have had to call) and they would not credit my children's account but picked up the bouquet and gave me one dozen roses which in no way could have made up for the price of the bouquet. I would never recommend this florist and will notify my family as well as ftd.

Don't Waste your Money Here!. I do not want to give this business even one star rating!!!!. .it doesn't deserve even one star but the review would not publish without it.

This is a Warning to all Out of State people looking to send flowers in the Boynton Beach area if this company fills your order, you are wasting your $$$$ I ordered a beautiful arrangement from a local florist who then placed the order thru Teleflora for delivery in Boynton Beach .As it turned out, this "florist" received the order to fill... The flowers that were delivered were NOT at all what was ordered. A cheap plastic vase with scraggly off -color flowers were delivered in it's place. When the recipient described what they got, I was shocked. I then asked for the number of the florist to find out what happened. What a joke that was, the woman who answered was crude and rude and continued to insult ME????? I could not get a word of explanation in. I wound up hanging up on her to stop her ranting!

This place is by far the worst I have ever dealt with, they should be shut down.

As for the woman who I tried to deal with, you don't know how to run a business and deal with the public, and that's saying it nicely

Thanks for wasting my money

Too bad your business is ruining such an upscale area

DISGRACEFUL!!!. Did not deliver during the promised time frame, for which they did not apologize or offer to remedy the situation. When I asked to cancel the order, I was hung up on. I do not live in FL and do not know this shop personally, but any business that is so blatantly disrespectful to a client is not one I would recommend spending money in. Beware!!!

waste of my time!!!!. I received a call asking if I would be home to receive a delivery for my 10 year old. It is her birthday and she was really excited. Several hours later, no call, no delivery and worse of all, I could not reach them either. All there phone numbers went straight to voice mail. Extremely disappointing and extremely frustrating!!! I would not recommend doing business with this florist. There are plenty others.

Worst Experience Ever. Worst experience ever. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for delivery the day before Mother's Day. They weren't delivered, nor were they delivered on Mother's Day or the day after. My mother tried calling and had a terrible experience (I'll spare you the details). Between 9:00 and 10:00 AM Tuesday I called all three numbers on their website, and all three rolled instantly to voicemail, but their mailboxes are full, so I couldn't leave a message. I then tried writing an email, but it couldn't be delivered because this mailbox is full as well. Are these people even in business? If so, how?

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Seen. I received flowers from them via FTD. The flowers were half dead. There was no identification of the store on the card or envelope, a convenient was to avoid responsibility. However, living in a gated community, they had called to arrange entrance, so I got their number on caller ID. When I called, I was told they only use "fresh" flowers, but if I wanted, I could bring them in and they would see what they could do to freshen it up. I asked them to deliver another bouquet and pick this up, but was told they couldn't spend the gas money to come out again! The owner happened to be out of town for the week -- what a surprise. Having just had cancer surgery, I couldn't drive my gift over to be freshened. I called the person who had sent me the flowers, and the florist in Virginia arranged for another store to send a bouquet. THAT's customer service.

It's amazing that the 4 good reviews on this site were written by 2 people, each writing 2 reviews apiece. Hmmm, could it be an inside job?

Absolutely Worst Florist. 3 days after the promised delivery date of a fruit basket I called to inquire about the problem. I spoke with the owner, who was very openly unwilling to address the problem and find a solution. This woman hung up on me twice after making it clear that the delivery of the perishable fruit basket was of no concern to her and none of her responsibility, although I paid extra to ensure its timely delivery. This florist does not know the meaning of customer service. She did NOTHING to remedy the problem!!
