best pita in south florida. Whether it’s a first date, important business meeting, or you are just hungry, Pita Principle, or “Prin” as I like to call it, is like that answer that’s at the tip of your tongue; the perfect solution.

In case you’re a newbie, you may have a little trouble finding it, but that’s all part of the Prin experience. Yeah you COULD place an order for delivery if you live/work/play within the delivery radius (if that’s the case hunger isn’t your biggest problem, but at least you have Prin) just like you COULD pair a Cheval Blanc with a Bouillabaisse, but I wouldn’t recommend either.

Once you do manage to find it, (tucked next to the 7 eleven at Palmetto and Dixie) take a moment to yourself and enjoy potpourri of fragrant and distinct aromas emanating from this culinary marvel, hinting at the complexity and mastery of every menu item, as well as the assiduous preparation and use of superior ingredients which is the true essence of the Prin. Once you’ve gotten to this point you’ll know that you made the right decision, but before you go buckling yourself in on this gastronomic adventure, you need to make some decisions.

I strongly suggest just going with your instincts because you cant go wrong, but I like the gyro all-the-way (ATW) (tomato, onion, lettuce, tzatziki) with hot sauce and go for the platter (includes side salad), I like the greek variety. My favorite is the chicken pita ATW with hot sauce on a whole wheat pita. The buffalo chicken pita (grilled or fried) and teriyaki chicken pita are also great. The soups rotate each week; my favorite is the Italian wedding soup which is served on Tuesdays.

Now you’re ready for the finale, eating your meal! Grab a seat outside and dig in. Don’t let the 7 eleven clientele, car exhaust, or the usually overflowing dumpster behind 7 eleven with the occasional homie (homeless person) rummaging through it bother you. You probably wont even notice any of those things, and if you can tolerate the trash wearing Versace sunglasses INSIDE V&S who drive 3 series BMWs (which is a CHICK car) then this wont be an issue, plus unlike V&S there is NO LINE!!

Huge menu, something for all. Best Buffalo Chicken sauce in state, Love you Chic. danimal.. This restaurant is the best dollar to pleasure ive ever enjoyed. Highly recommend the BUFFALO Chicken pita medium heat. At five bucks a pita its just short of magical. No bs enjoy.
