One of the worst restaurants I've ever been. I happened to be in Boca for a business trip, and thought I'd try Carmen's At The Top-The Bridge for our Valentines dinner.

When we were first seated, it was 30 minutes before someone ever came back to ask if we'd like anything to drink. It took 15 minutes to get those drinks, and another 15 before someone took our order. First course came 30 minutes later, with additional courses taking as long. Additionally we ordered our steaks to be done as Medium?and they came out very well done. On top of that, no one ever came back to fill our water?and when I finally did flag someone down to order another drink, it was forgotten about and I had to go to the bar myself.

To make a long story short, it was a total of 3 hours before we finally got a bill?which was over $200 for mediocre food. This restaurant makes my top 5 all time worst restaurants I've ever been too.
