We got our ring today and all I can say is WOW! The rings are amazing here. Chateau exceeded my expectations. Both rings are beautiful, exactly what we asked for and then some! Great job Chateau.

F Rating with the BBB, Stole property, owner Abusive. The Title says it all, Just hope other people don't go through the same ordeal. Those good reviews sure sound like the owner, both done on the same day. I can't believe a business in Boca can operate like this, Shameful. Every good review is fake. Owner says F rating doesn't apply because he's not a member. If 13 people complained they got screwed member or not, where there is smoke there is fire

Wow!. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT THANKS AGAIN CHATEAU! When I walked into chateau I was greeted with full attention and kindness, service is 5 stars and jewelry is breathtaking! I recommend anyone to visit chateau when in mizner area!

LOVE THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I went back to chateau. I was very happy the last visit that I came back. Again the owner was very helpful and very patient with me and help me redesign my wedding ring! They will be ready next week and I can't wait to see them!!! THANKS AGAIN CHATEAU LOVE THIS STORE!!!!!!I I was referred by a acquaintance to go to chateau. The owner was great and very helpful. Great workmanship!

GREAT WORK!!! I just brought in all my old gold and created and very beautiful NEW designed piece of jewelry.

Im a Victim of these Scammers. STAY AWAY. THIS JEWLER IS THE WORST IN BOCA. I GOOGLED THEM AND THERE ARE TOO MANY COMPLAINTS TO MENTION. THERE IS A PATTERN OF THIEVERY AND LIES AND ABUSE
