SCAM! DON'T FALL FOR THE FAKE REVIEWS LIKE I DID! He took $1000 dollars from me to add 20 pencil dot diamonds into a white gold setting. It was terrible!!!!!!!!!!! One even fell out the very next day! When I brought him a photo of my original setting and asked him to just put it back how it was, he said ok (thankfully). THREE weeks and 4 days later, I stopped by to find out where my ring was - it was in pieces, and I could see he was not putting it back like the picture. I shouldn't have been surprised...but he didn't offer me even a partial refund. TOM AND HIS STAFF SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Best part of this expensive lesson, I've tried to sell the metal and stones from the bad setting for cash and no one will take them because the quality is so low. He totally ripped me off!

SCAMMER. NO NOT USE THIS JEWELER!!!!!!!

Tom the owner took a very expensive watch on consignment, sold it, kept the money and that was over a year ago. I agreed to be paid back after several arguments 100 or 200 at a time and still have not been paid in full. Save your self this enormous headache and stay away. @ years later and still havent been paid, said i put a bad review. A 100 percent true review but bad so F off... SMH

My husband and I went to Chateau Jewelers after reading the great reviews on the internet. Actually we went on the spur of the moment after talking about my birthday present. We couldnt be more pleased! i found a ring that continures to dazzle me and it was a result of the personal service and great listening skills of the manager/owner and staff. I highly recommend you begin your search for your perfect piece of jewelry at Chateau!

I can't recommend Chateau Jewelers enough. I come from a family of jewelers and there are a few places that I think carry fine quality and beautiful designs. Chateau Jewelers is one of them! They have some of the most beautiful pieces I have ever seen, especially rings and earings. Their prices aren't expensive, but within reason. Great place! I bought my bridesmaids great gifts from this store.

I sold them some jewelry I never wear and received more than I expected. They were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back whenever I need to sell again and when shopping for new stuff.

I have been a customer at Chateau for a couple of years now and am really impressed by them. I sell gold from time to time and feel like I am going on a treasure hunt every time I walk in! Kind of hard to find parking, but there is always parking across the street. It is worth the trip because you come out with more cash than other places. They have great personalities and I now call them friends. Fun place and Tom is a dynamite custom jeweler.

I haven't bought anything from them (yet), but I sold them some old jewelry today. Everyone was super friendly as soon as I walked in the door, very personable. The guy I worked with was great- he explained exatly what he was doing, what each piece was worth, and put aside pieces he felt I should hold onto for now because of the low value. I got a really great price- about 50% more than I expected. I had a relaly positive experience here.

Thank you Chateau Jewelers for making me look so good!! I got enagged this past Christmas- The process was made considerably easier thanks to Chateau. I know close to nothing about jewelry and so the idea of buying the "right" engagement ring seemed a daunting process. In trying to get an idea of possible directions to go in, I came here. I based it on the positive word of mouth! Thanks Tom for the help every step of the way. The final product was beautiful (even for the untrained eye). My fiance couldn't be happier.
