Excellent customer Service. We recently ordered 16 place settings of china and some serving pieces. Our order surprisingly arrived within a week, but one cup was broken and not all the soup bowls were included. We notified the company by phone, and within four days we had our completed set. We were extremely pleased with the prompt and excellent service, and will not hesitate to order from them again.
