Very Upsetting Experience. I was told that all the furniture we ordered would get delivered the same time. I flew from Atlanta and met my father who came from Toronto to wait on the furniture and they did not deliver the master bedroom. They said it was on back order. After telling them that I was told that it was in stock they said it was in the warehouse and could not be delivered til next week. I am still waiting on delivery 5 months after purchase. Shame on you all at Decorator. You made an enjoyable experience very miserable You are all a bunch of liars and crooks.

Disasterous service. Order was placed in July for a table that was confirmed as in stock at the warehouse, they billed my Amex card but have not delivered the table and we are now in Mid Sept. and nobody seems able to deal with my issue - I have called and faxed and I cannot get past the receptionist - I always get a promise of a call back but no one calls me back. Im currently out $800 !! I will be taking this up with Amex. I agree with the previous reviewer - Be careful when dealing with this company !

Also Still Waiting. Our 12/15/09 order has yet to arrive. They cannot even give us a date for delivery. Several pieces are on order from different manufacturers and not one item has yet to arrive. On Saturday, 3/20/10, Doug (salesrep)promised a follow-up call for Monday. He never called nor would take any of my calls on Monday, Tuesday nor Wednesday, 3/24/10.

Buyer beware!

and still waiting. My first salesman was not too knowledgeable but the manager seemed to be. However, after placing an order in October of 2009, for two items of furniture, here it is 4 1/2 months later and i was just told the order would take another 4 weeks. All good will has now disappeared as the store does not seem share my concern.

Pushy Sales People. I was very excited to go to see their furniture. I am looking for a bedroom set. I encounter a sale person that was very persistent on me buying that day. With the excuse of going to the back to get me a price for a queen size bed, he brought another guy to help him push the sale. I lost it! I was so angry, I left the store without any consideration of going back.

Unique high end furniture. We have purchased a number of furniture pieces as well as accessories here over the past 10 years. You will not find better quality and designs at their prices. The help is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Anyone saying the opposite must be a competitor.

Ugly furniture....lousy service. ugly furniture....lousy service. I was insulted by the manager, and belittled by the salespeople. A big dilbert-looking guy rolled his eyes and kept looking at his watch. I will never shop here again and I hope they go out of business soon.
