Inferior Product-Poor Customer Service & Slow to late delivery service. Johnson's Florist was contracted by Teleflora (based on the order that I placed) to deliver "Stratford Gardens" a beautiful array of roses, carnations, chrysanthemums, lavender and other sprays in the arrangement. They delivered 8 carnations dying and wilted babies breath in a dime store clear vase (the vase should have been ceramic in lavender color), which was not the floral arrangement that I ordered. It was not even close to what I ordered. When contacted by Teleflora they refused to deliver what was ordered and said they had delivered to cost, which was a lie. Additionally, they delivered the flowers at approximately 4:50 pm just barely making the 5 pm deadline (the flowers were ordered a whole 24 hours prior to delivery). It seems that they must have forgotten about this delivery and just picked something out of the trash to deliver to my Mother as an after thought so that they could get the money from Teleflora. They were extremely rude and would not honor the contract. I cannot recommend them to anyone and want it known that the shop delivers inferior products to consumers. My mother was so disappointed that she wanted to cry looking at what was delivered. My mother loves flowers and this is the worse floral arrangement that she had ever received. This shop deserves a zero for poor product and a minus zero for poor customer service and delivery.
