This business should be investigated for fraud.. This business should be investigated for fraud.

They stole my stuff. Rude to the core. I'm amazed they have not been sued or shut down by the police. The Boca Raton claimed to have lost my merchandise first, then they "found it" at the Palm Beach store, then lost it again. After I chased them for months to return it and had to threaten them by reporting them to the police, they decided they "sold" it and gave me less than 10% of the sell price ($20 for items they tagged at more than $300 on their shelves). Thieves. Sellers BEWARE -- and according to all other posts, shoppers should be careful too. This is not an honest business.

THIEVES! They stole my merchandise.. THIEVES! They stole my merchandise. As I see from other reviews, I am not the only one who was robbed by Razzamataz. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. More than money, it's a matter of principle. I've never seen such a scam. It amazes me that the cities of Boca Raton and Palm Beach allow a place like this to continue robbing people. They should be shut down -- and arrested.

I brought merchandise worth $1,000 in brand new condition and in the original packing (shoe boxes). They asked me to come back 3 months later for the unsold items. I did and they said nothing sold, but they could not find my merchandise. Their inventory system is kept on a scrapbook with hand-written notes. I've never seen anything so disorganized. I came back several times to pick up my unsold merchandise and finally they told me the merchandise had been re-consigned at their Palm Beach store, so I should come back in 3 months. I had not authorized it to be re-consigned, but I let it go and said OK. I came back 3 months later and d
