I got engaged on New Year’s eve and my ring has been back at the shop twice due to two lost stones.
My fiancé and I are leaving on Friday for an engagement party with family overseas but we have NO ring.
It has been embarrassing explaining to friends and family the whereabouts of the ring when they congratulate us on our engagement and want to see a ring. It has only been 38 days! I have been without my engagement ring for two weeks.
The post-sale emails/phone call etiquette with Betteridge staff has been subpar! Betteridge has completely taken away from our moment! For a family-owned company that has been in business for this length of time, this is an embarrassment!
