Opulunt elegance at its finest.
Due to the Breakers Five Star rating it is bar none one of the finest hotels that I have ever been fortunate to have enjoyed. The service, architecture and originally delicious eateries surpass any other establishment that I have every visited. I would highly recommend for either an over-the-top Sunday Brunch or a specific family event.

Regal luxury meets Palm Beach sophistication..
The Scene
This stately Italian-Renaissance manor-style hotel was built in 1896. It sits on 140 oceanfront acres and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The lobby is a staggeringly ornate and columned affair that brings to mind a Roman cathedral. Plush carpeting, giant chandeliers, French windows and intricate ceiling work are the norm throughout the public spaces. From the fountain-filled courtyards to the dress code ("collared sport shirts are preferred for gentlemen"), every aspect of this hotel exhibits refinement on a Renaissance scale.
The Details
The hotel has 560 rooms with enormous bathrooms and views of the ocean or grounds. L'Escalier in the Florentine Room is the most celebrated of the five restaurants. Its classic French and Mediterranean cuisine consistently rates high marks from culinary experts. The resorts boasts a beach club, 10 tennis courts and two golf courses, as well as a 20,000-square-foot spa. A variety of children's activities and water sports are available.
