Pink Cadillac. Ellie's is that place with the Pink Caddy out front. They sell Elvis ties, the staff is nice, and you can get good diner-type food and sandwiches for a good value. They'll make you food for take-out as well, and they've been known to make up a sandwich that's not on the menu if you ask for it.
