Feast fit for a Viking features stellar starters and desserts in a charming Old World setting.. In Short
The intimate, parlor-like room suggests an Ingmar Bergman set. Roses bloom on an antique sideboard beneath crystal chandeliers. Outdoor dining under a covered "gazebo" is reminiscent of Copenhagen's Tivoli Gardens with hanging blooms and white latticework. All meals commence with a tabletop mini smorgasbord including quavit-cured salmon, dilled cucumbers, beets, horseradish-flavored mushrooms, and herring in a sherry-tomato emulsion.

In Luck at Out of Denmark. It's hard to find a great dining place in the Boca area especially if you're coming from New York City. Alas, Out of Denmark is a delightful place with great food and value. The service is excellent and Jorgen keeps his staff on their toes and his clients happy.
