Tips for Sushi Ray Japanese Restaurant

Great service but average food. Sushi Ray serves the americanized version of sushi. We ordered some sake which was great, edamame and tuna jalapeno as appetizers. The tuna jalapeno was like a ceviche with a small slice of jalapeno that made is citrusy and spicy, a great combination. The spider roll and spicy tuna roll were good but were huge portions that I could not finish. Each came with ten slices that was way too much food. The waitress was very friendly and provided us great service, one of the best I have experienced. Overall, the restaurant is expensive, the food is average but the service is great.
