Center for Hemotology Oncology. I agree with the other review 100 % . This place is horrible. The doctors are uncaring, unprofessional, and uninformed. I was misdiagnosed in April for bone cancer due to my doctor's lack of compassion or follow up to pain complaints. She seemed to think it was unimportant to order certain tests to verifry any of my complaints. Anytime you call the office you're on hold for 15 - 20 minutes before a human being speaks with you. Even then, they are rude and abrupt. I call in advance to see if the doctor is late, but they say no, on time. I show up on time, but wait for 45- hour. The staff is inefficient and even if given specific, written requests for papers, it's done wrong. I can't tell you how many times I've had to have papers done and redone by them. You do feel like a piece of meat in their care. You're just another sick person. I am thankfully leaving their care to someone else who is much better. I don't recommend that anyone go to this center. Find a better place .

This facility treats patients like cattle being hurded. They do not care about your emotional body and strictly focus on your physical body. Do not respect patients. Not a very healing experience.. This facility clearly has the medical knowledge, but does not know how to apply it in a caring (and therefore) healing manner. The staff does not make an effort to call with your CAT or PET scan results in a timely manner. You are treated as a number, not an individual who is cared for. The doctors I have seen barely make time to speak to you. They shuffle you around and make you feel like you are being hurded. One does not feel empowered or respected as a patient. Your thoughts and feelings are not validated when speaking with the Dr. The doctors at this facility need to take classes in empathic listening skills. You are clearly given the message that they have too many patients and do not care if they lose you as a patient or not. There is no concept of caring for you as a consumer /patient. I have tried more than one physician at this facility and have been very disapointed. What has medicine come to?
