Poor Tasting Thai Food.. They are so focused on cutting cost and using cheap ingredients at House of Siam. If you are over 60 years old or a smoker then your diminished taste buds may not allow you to notice the excessive use of fish sauce and salt being used to mask the use of cheap ingredients.

Dinner in SIAM. Thai cuisine is usually tastes freaher than European fare, and House of SIAM is no exception. The food quality and menu variety is above par for Thai restaurants, but not exceptional. The meat we sampled was very good quality (not typical of Asian restaurants). There is not much for the Vegans, but plenty for the "flexible" vegetarians. Outdoor seating is much nicer than indoor on a typical Floridian evening. Service was slow, but this seemed to be a one-time confusion. Try their authentic Thai desserts.
