Very impressed with Big Star Movers, they showed up on time were very professional. Handled all of our items with respect and were very careful with our fragile items. We had no issues at all when they arrived. The best thing about Big Star Movers was how affordable they are. Would definately recommend.

We stand behind our services: 1) Get a $50 Gift Card, if we arrive 1-hour after the scheduled time (not applicable for evictions or last minute reservation).- 2) We'll fix or pay for any item damaged by our mover.- 3) There are NO Hidden fees or Surprises on the moving date! I'll never think twice, I will just call Big Star Moving, unless you get booked up. Then I might try the other really big local West Palm Beach moving company. For local moves I will never use the national companies again. In fact for a small move out of state our vice president of finance used Big Star Moving and things move VERY fast. Kudos, your reviews remain exceptional.

Big Star Moving was recommended to me and I thought they were a small little outfit, but they handled my pretty good sized move with excellent men and heavy duty trucks on a Saturday with no problem. I will now also recommend them, when every stick of furniture I own was wrapped up and moved around, these guys seemed to know what they were doing. Perfect West Palm Beach moving, knock on wood!

Big Star Moving made our move as smooth as silk! Very fast, efficient, professional, especially with last minute changes. Everybody was so nice, and understanding. I recently moved and Big Star Moving was exactly that. Professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience. All of my things were taken care of and moved from point A to point B in a very reasonable time. The guys worked hard and the office staff was exceptionally kind. I will definitely be using this West Palm Beach moving again, and if any of my friends move, I will tell them to use these movers!

Big Star Moving is AWESOME! The crew came to my apartment right on time. They gently and efficiently handled all of my things while generously providing furniture blankets and wrapping supplies. They move all of our furniture, including a 1964 classic jukebox (heavy and delicate), without any issues or problems. They are experienced and organized. They wrapped the furniture that required special padding and were very careful and respectful of our property. They disassembled only what needed to be taken apart in order to maneuver doors and hallways. Their price was reasonable and comparable to other west palm beach moving companies and these guys didn't take any breaks and really hustled to get the job done as quickly as possible. We will recommend Big Star Moving.
