EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Went to PF Chang's for my husband's birthday celebration.

There were 10 of us and our waiter was Alex. From the server to the drinks and food..........everything was excellent. For some of us it was the first time there and will certainly not be the last,. Very enjoyable!

Service and food are good. The service and food are awesome. My only complaint is there is a long line for a table at different times of the day.

This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites.. In Short
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.

Not Good. My husband and I dined at P.F.Chang's 2 fridays ago and were disappointed with the quality of the dish we both ordered. It was spicey orange chicken lettuce wraps. I'm not sure that I've gotten the name of the dish right but the description was intriguing. The actuality arrived as very small uniform cubes of deep-fried candied chicken. The flavor was just plain sweet and greasy, boring with no complexity. There were a few pieces of orange peel that added barely any orange flavor. Maybe other dishes are better but this one was awful. Sorry Chang's but you've got to do better. Would love to find a great chinese restaurant in Boca or in nearby towns.

Great food and ambiance. Excellent Lettuce Wraps! The Changs Spicey Chicken is a little on the too spicey side, but that is what I like about it.
