Came on a weeknight with out of town guests who wanted something quick and affordable at City Place. We sat outside since the south Florida weather is getting beautiful as the nights cool. We ordered the bruschetta and caprese salad to start, and the New Yorker and Bianco White pizzas. The bruschetta was really good and refreshing, with plenty of fresh basil and balsamic drizzle. The caprese salad had just the right proportion of fresh mozzarella to tomatoes, also with plenty of basil and extra balsamic for dipping. Both came out pretty timely.

The 2 pizzas arrived a bit after, and were perfectly hot, cheesy and delicious. Those are 2 of their best pizzas, in my opinion. The Bianco was creamy with its ricotta cheese, and we added tomatoes to go with the spinach topping as well. Fantastic! The New Yorker is also one of our favorites with the fresh mozzarella and fresh basil.

Our service was pretty attentive the whole time, even tho we were seated outside. A manager even came out at one point, checking all tables were happy and content. Seems like someone's reading their comments and trying to turn the place around, as all the staff we encountered seemed friendly and smiling.

We would definitely come back, especially great to visit when you don't want the long waits and pricey dining options at City Place. Place has been here since City Place first opened, and it's easy to see why.

OK food, poor service. My husband and I went to eat here with another couple about a week and a half ago. Service was fair, at best. We constantly had to look for our server to get anything - she was never to be found. Since our friends had ordered more food than my hausband and I, they said they would handle the tip. So, I paid half the bill with my credit card and left no tip. I made sure to drawn a line through the space for the tip and completed the amount at the bottom. When the charge finally cleared my bank, I was shocked to find out that I had been overcharged. Upon bringing this to management's attention, I was told without a receipt, there was nothing that could be done. This is ridiculous. You would think, being in the customer service industry, they would be a little more apologetic and try to please the customer. I guess my business was just not important to them.

Best pizza in West Palm. Every time we visit West Palm we have to eat at City Pizza! We love the pizza and subs too. Try their New York style pizza and you will be back. You can dine inside or outside or have it delivered. The place is always packed. They are located in City Place which is a hip place to visit.

I went to City Pizza and some of the best authentic Italian food of my life. The pizza is second to non and I have eaten alot of pizza :). The service was good and the owner Lirim really seemed genuine and wanted to make sure I enjoyed my meal.
