How does this terrible company stay in business for so long and all the negative reviews.? DAVID, whoever he is, will tell you anything but not follow through. Delay, delay, delay and then forget you. Spent $700 for a game that is useless.

Avoid at all costs. It's been a long time since I came across a product as poorly designed and manufactured as the combination air hockey/foosball table that I purchased from Gametables4less. It makes your average IKEA product looks like high-end custom carpentry. I should have been suspicious when I noticed there was no brand name on it. The table arrived with a split playing surface (on the air hockey side) and I got no help from customer service with my problem. So I decided to put the thing together anyway. It's your typical heavy laminate over composite board, with no predrilled holes where the screws are supposed to go. The sides of the table split when the bolts were tightened, And I ended up with a large piece that is not even shown on the assembly instructions. The only good thing that came from buying this product was being able to show my 12-year-old son (who wants to be an engineer) how poor design affects product quality. I would never, EVER, purchase an item again from Gametable4less, and I strongly advise other customers to steer clear of them.

Poor Customer Service. Relationship started out great... Of course that is while I was talking about buying a table from them. Everything was fine until I got the first table, a Hot Flash II Air Hockey table. It arrived damaged (fork truck forks through box into cabinet) so I refused shipment. Second one arrive about 1-1/2 week later, also damaged (fork truck again). I refuse shipment again. I call David and inform him at which point he tells me that I'll have to order from someone else he can't ship me another table. He'll refund purchase price but now I have to go through the rigamarole of ordering from someone else. I would not reccomend ordering from GameTables4Less.

BIG FAT LIARS!!. Ordered an 18ft Berner Billiards shuffleboard table. It arrived 40 days late and damaged. One of the push button scoring pads had a broken button. Called gametables4less several times...they were checking with the manufactures is what I was told. So I thought, screw these guys! I will call Berner Billiards direct. Turns out it is the same owners! Got the table in June of 2010. November of 2010 and no resolution. The prices may be good, but everything else is a big steamy pile of sh!t. Buyer Beware. These people are NY City shysters! Especially David, you doosh bag!

Terrible customer service. I became a member of city search so I could write this review and save someone the bad expeience I had with game tables 4 less. The scoreboard was broken when my shuffleboard table arrived and it took over a year of follow up to get if fixed.

I kept getting responses to emails like "I am checking with china" I would follow up a month or two later and nothing. I finally went to the manufacturer and they handeled the same day. I am hoping to receive the part I need this week

Buyers Beware! They DO NOT stand behind their products!. I ordered felt from them for my 8 foot pool table. Took a while to get because it was not in stock, which they never told me until I called them. That wasn't such a big deal to me, but then it got worse. When I was almost done installing the felt, I noticed a cut or tear in the felt about 4 inches from the edge of the table (it was nowhere near any seams in the slate that could have torn it, and I had not used a knife for the work or to open any packaging). I took pictures of the tear and emailed them to Gametables4less and they would not allow me to return for exchange, telling me I must have cut the felt when opening the package. I even offered to prove I didn't cut it because the bag it came in was not cut, but they said they would still not exchange it for me. It was my first and last order from this company. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH Gametables4less!!!

Best prices & selection of shuffleboard tables!. GameTables4Less was very knowledgeable in helping me chose the right shuffleboard table for me. They had the best prices and great customer service. I received my table in about a week and was kept informed every step in the process. I will definitely be buying other game tables from them in the near future.

Damaged goods are the customer's problem. Purchased a table for my kids which arrived hopelessly damaged during shipping. I have found that most reputable online stores will bend over backwards when something like this happens. Instead, when I called GameTables4Less, the guy said that he really had no responsibility and that I should take it up with the shipping company -- good luck, you're on your own. Thanks guys. Best deals on the web for Game Tables, fast shipping and great customer service!. I bought a brand new Tornado foosball table from GameTables4Less dot com. They have the best prices (I really shopped around) and lightning fast delivery, I received it within a few days. Game Tables 4 Less was very helpful and informative and I will definitely be buying more items from them in the future.
