Great Service, Friendly Staff. I have been going to American Laser for over a year now and I am a very satisfied customer. Laser Hair Removal was the best decision I have made. I also get Microdermabrasion done here as well. Staff is very friendly and Knowldegble. See Teresa for any of your skin needs. She is an absolute doll!

Look better thn ever!. I got a gift certificate here & have been a loyal customer ever since! Started out with Micros with Theresa and she also did permenent makeup on me! She's the best at this & I look so much better now! Then I moved on to Marlene for photo facials & other good things - need I tell you I look even better now!! The whole place is held together by Jacquilyn ( or as we all call her - Jacquie!) She does a great job for both her customers and her company. She's always approachable and will help you figure out a way to finance, schedule and even give you a hug if you need it! Everybody is professional while at the same time, making you feel like part of their family. These three women have helped me alot! Everyone here goes above & beyond to make you feel comfortable with your choices, This place is the best!!

LASER BEWARE!!. Stay Away From these Scammers! If you Read the Reviews you read the numerous complaints that all they do is reel you in with the supposed 300 winner scheme then call you in for the consultation where they make you feel like you are getting the best deal ever (which really you are just getting conned). During my consult they pressured me to get my first treatement right away. Little did I know this was their way of getting me suckered in so that they could tell me I couldn't get my refund since I already got treatment! The technician was also trying to upsell me during my treatment by telling me I should also get my freckles taken care of and my buttocks done too! How unethical!! Then when I read all the horror stories and came back the next day the office manager told me she was new so she didnt know the refund policy! She also told me she couldn't tell me when could call me to tell me any answers! I waited 2 weeks for anyone to return my phone calls, thats after numerous calls to corporate and the regional manager, who was very rude and said she would not refund my money. I'm trying to dispute this with credit care. This isnt even everything that happened, but you get the jest.

American Laser Center !?- Nothing American About It!. I strongly recommend that anyone looking for cosmetic services such as laser hair removal, look RIGHT PAST American Laser Center. I am appalled that they are still allowed to do business especially in a government that protects the rights of its citizens. What's so "American" about these laser centers? The only thing I have found that consistently represents them is the disturbing number of people that seem to be angry with them???? Maybe they should call it ANGRY LASER CENTER!! I hope that their fraud and deceit will surface like Enron's did! This is like the "Boiler Room" of skin care services!

Hair Gone. This was the smartest thing ever to get rid of my hait Permanently! They explain the procedure clearly, give you pamphlets to take home and are very informative. I was so excited with my first visit. It was a good experience. No more shaving or waxing. Waxing is fine, but to get the job done Permanently Laser Hair removal is the way to go. Now I can wear something sexy and not worry about being embarrassed. The facility was bright and clean and everyone was very nice.
