Best cocktails in Boca Center. This cool restaurant is in Boca Center. They have a warm atmosphere and very unique music. The cocktails are served with only fresh ingredients, like tyme, cucumber, fresh pressed watermeleon, etc. The food is delicious, and at a good price. I had to wait 10 minutes for lunch, but at least they had plenty of seating that was comfortable, and I was able to order food while I was waiting!

Absinthe is more than just a plain hotel eatery. Sure, hungry tourists grab breakfast here, and there are plenty of corporate luncheons. But the decor is stylish: A mirrored, glass-enclosed wine room acts as the dining room's centerpiece and burgundy walls are complemented with white-clothed tables set with absinthe-green tinged plates. And the menu features a wide cocktail list and upscale Mediterranean-French dishes, such as sauteed wild salmon with pureed potatoes and onion cream sauce.
