At 46, I have been studying the Don Jitsu Ryu System for about 2 years. I am an engineer by day and warrior mom by evening. I started martial arts to improve my bone density (osteoporosis prevention), improve confidence and fitness. In addition I now feel great about my body, less stressed, feel younger, and have increased my muscle strength.
