I recently received a spa package as a gift for Eleven and boy, was it ever a GIFT. First, the spa is SO amazing. It's very chic with a SoBe feel and offers the most beautiful clothing and jewelry. Very cool. When it comes to the treatments, I had a pedi and facial and, not only were the services amazing, but the staff was phenomenal. Both knowledgeable and informative, helping me with tips to keep my face looking amazing. I loved it so much, I purchased a gift card on the way out for my mother-in-law and she LOVED it, too. We'll definitely both be back.

Not good. Not good. For someplace so expensive you'd expect everything to be top notch. Not so. I had a massage and a facial, and both were really amatuer. I have massages regularly and this therapist didn't seem to know what he was doing at all. The facial was unimpressive, and did nothing for my skin. It is also VERY loud in there. A spa should be quiet and relaxing, but all you could hear were doors banging, people walking & talking loudly and laughing. The employees were even shouting to one another. The building itself, although in a bad location, is not bad, but the locker room/bathroom wasn't very clean and the treatment rooms were stark. The beds were hard and cold. They didn't even have cloth covers for the massage head rest - they are paper! I don't know why anyone would go back. I'm used to really good therapists and all of the little niceties that a spa should have. I usually go to Eden Day Spa in Boca, which is always great and way less expensive than here, or to Spa Palazzo which is pricey but worth it. I definitely receommend these spas over this one. I won't be back.

Good concept but overpriced and bad location. I used to frequent Spa 11 a lot and I stopped because I think for what you get they are VERY overpriced...certainly not competitive with other high end spas. Also, most of the great talent there has left over the past year or so.

The actual building is beautiful but I felt like for a $200 facial the staff should be knowledgeable about the product line and they arent (at least not the girl I saw). They only carry their own line of skincare which would be fine if it actually did anything but it doesnt. I had many facials there over a period of a year and never saw any improvement in my skin and I think it was largely due to the products. The location is also AWFUL...especially for a place selling $200 facials and $100 haircuts. Right behind the salon is a really gross run down neighborhood and everything next to it is much the same (thrift stores and such). I frequently would see homeless people just sitting outside of the salon...certainly not the atmosphere I like to be in. I also heard that several staff members have had their cars broken into in their parking lot which also made me very uneasy about going there (obviously). All in all its a great concept but I do not think you get what you pay for and feeling unsafe walking to your car certainly doesnt help things.
