Dear Reader Some bad comments that you can read, had written by people who don't work anymore in our salon to make a bad image of our salon.

Pure Salon & Spa is the best salon in Boca Raton, our stylists and our Manicurists regularly follow training courses so that be always at the forefront of technology, moreover we use quality products such as Kerastase and Moroccanoil.

This used to be my favorite place in Boca to go. It was a great relaxing atmosphere. Now, everytime i go, I findout the staff that has been taking care of me for years has been fired for no aparent reason. Whoever is running this salon obviously has no idea how to run a business. I do not feel comfortable there anymore especially with all of the new camaras. Also, watch out for the camera above dressing room!

3/27/2013 TRACY RUINED MY COLOR!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!! I previously read some of the fantastic reviews of Sarah, but was told that she is no longer there so I went to Tracy. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! All I wanted was BLONDE highlights to match the highlights that were already in my hair. It was soooo simple!!!. I even scheduled a consultation with her first just to make sure she understood. I explained to her several times during the consultation that I DON'T want any warm/brassy tones!! The day I came in, I reiterated it once again to her. (I really don't know how much more clear I could have been). Well, after she finished the foils, she said it wasn't necessary to put me under the dryer (which was a bad sign because I usually need to sit under for a while in order for it to come up light enough). She also had the person who was washing my hair, use a toner, and she kept it on for too long, but Tracy was too busy with another client to check. When it was done, I looked in the mirror and saw gold highlights througout my hair which is exactly what I said that I DIDN'T want!! I told Tracy I didn't like it so she went through and re-highlighted it again, but the 2nd time they came out even more gold. Tracy actually told me that the lighting in the salon was making it look gold and that I should look in my car mirror, as well as my mirror at home! I then realized that although she was nice, she either didn't listen, didn't care, had no idea what she was doing, or all the above. I could have refused to pay, complained to the manager or owner, and/or demand someone fix it, but I had already been there for over two hours and I truly just wanted to go, so I paid (didn't leave a tip) and left! I am now waiting at least 6 weeks (to avoid damage from additional chemicals) and will then go to someone (who DOES know what he/she is doing) to fix it. Do yourself a favor and DON'T GO TO TRACY!!!

There's only ONE...Nato!!!. Initially I had walked in to this salon and asked for a price list thinking "WOW". The prices are high (but the location permits it). So I waited a few weeks and eventually booked an appointment WITHOUT a consultation for my color. When I arrived I was greeted by Nato. The most adorable guy ever! I explained what I wanted (Nothing complicated, Highlights). He explained what he thought would be best after I described what I wanted. I felt pretty comfortable and then he layed it on me: Do you want a haircut as well? I thought to myself..."ok color is fixable but a cut??" I should've left my inhibitions at home because I caved in and he made my hair look so natural (highlights) and healthy. HEALTHY AFTER GETTING HIGHLIGHTS! He is quick (but not in a speedy pressing manner), he is educated, and most of all he KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING. If you book an appointment book it with NATO! btw its pronounced NAH-TOE. I am getting married in the summer and I can only look forward to what he has in store for me in the future. I'm not a picky client but I know what I want. this man will give you what you are looking for AND THEN SOME!

Best Cut and Highlight. I live in Boca and NYC. A few months ago I stopped by Pure and got an appointment with Adam there. It was such a good cut! I decided to visit again and this time I got both a cut and highlights. Although I never write reviews, I have never been happier with a stylist at a salon.

Very Happy Girl. I have my hair hi-lighted, lowlighted and cut every 6 weeks with Lindsey. She does an amazing job and I have never been happier. I like to change my style quite often, whether its a new color or a different cut I am always happy when I leave the salon.

Love my experience at pure. I have had wonderful experiences at pure, Nato has done amazing work with my great lengths hair extensions as well as my cuts and blowouts! Jane has been great with my corrective color as well as cuts and blow outs! They have both done a fantastic job cutting and styling my kids hair as well!!

Know what they are doing. A relaxing experience, they are very knowledgeable and I feel like I can just close my eyes and let them go to work with no worries. Love it!

Just be careful which stylist. When you go to a nice salon and pay a premium for a good haircut, you expect the stylist to know exactly what they are doing.

I have had good experiences at Pure in the past, and would highly recommend Brittany.

I most recently needed a cut quickly so was open on which stylist. I would not recommend Arthur. While he was nice, and I feel bad saying negative things, I did NOT feel like I left the salon with a good cut!

I went in for a clean up but ended up with a style that was outdated.
