From Start to Finish this place is the worst! We were there on a Board of Director's meeting for a VIP firm. They insisted that Mushrooms are onions in the soup; that Well-done meat is Rare; kids portions are the same size as adult portions; complaining about burned food was too late and asking "do you want to take it home"; that its ok for the staff to laugh when the chef thows food on you in front of their manager Ayato; remade food is ok even if they burn it again, and that they should not comp the meals because it cost the establishment money to remake it. The ENTIRE table was upset! 3 different parties were appalled!!! They even blocked the exit until the inappropriate bill was paid. The manager said this was ok because they own 6 locations. In my opinion, they will have 6 properties to sell if this corporate culture continues.
