great service, great salon. I came to this salon after a disastrous experience at another salon which ended turning my naturally straight hair into a super tight perm. (I had requested loose beach curls). I called the salon and spoke with a young woman at the desk who immediately had the owner of the salon, Angela, call me back. Angela was very professional, concerned, and asked me many questions to really understand my situation. I made an appointment and came in to the salon where the hairdresser Didi and Angela consulted with me, evaluated the condition of my hair, treated it for damage, and allowed it to dry naturally under a lamp so they could further understand the state of my hair. All of this took a considerable amount of time and patience on their part, but they were more than happy to make me feel that they genuinely cared about my delimma. They clearly wanted to make the right decision, and did not rush to fix the problem immediately. Instead, they booked me for another appointment after making sure they understood what i was looking for and what was possible.

Next appointment, I came in, and Didi relaxed my hair. She is the best. Sweet, and nice. She purposely wore her naturally straight hair down and wavy, to show me how I could achieve the look I was going for. She took extra care to be sure I was comfortable with the procedure at all times. She had even called the company of the product she would be using to see what they recommended for my situation!

I could go on and on, but, to put it concisely, this salon is run in an incredibly professional, caring, attentive. The entire experience is very personal, from the name cards to the chocolate and cucumber water. I highly recommend this salon.

Service at It's Best. I found them on Google. Not only did I get a great color and cut but was treated like I was a regular customer that had been going there for a long time. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They offered me a snack, a hand treatment and I got a welcome bag before I left. They really know what service is all about!

A Great Experience. My husband bought me a package deal from the salon. I was not really expecting much of anything. I was so impressed by this place though when I walked in. The people were friendly, the stylist actually listened to me, and the salon was beautiful. I usually have bad experiences in salon, the last salon I was at I spent way too much money and everyone there ignored me. Here, I felt like I wa family almost. I really enjoyed this salon and would recommend anyone to go there.
