Just wanted to thank you again for getting to my house and doing so much. As I mentioned whatever needs to be done, please do it.

If you want me to send you a check for what you have done - besides faxing you can send it to me by e-mail and I will immediately send you a check or if you take credit cards I can give you that information or if you want cash, I can give it to you after we arrive.

. We have had a number of expenses this year with this place in NY and will be having a few more so I have to gently ease these project on my husband. The building in NY is over 100 years old and hasn't been properly maintained for years - just patch, patch, patch. Wish you were in NY. We need good handymen here that can be

We just got back to NY from 2 weeks in West Palm Beach.



We love the work done by you and your contractors.

Are you available for another assignment for our apartment?



We need a new through-the-wall air conditioner for the living room.

East Coast Mechanical says that the coils are rusted and are beyond repair and replacement.



It is 11,00 to 12,000 BTUs with a heating element and function.

Over the years the units have become smaller than the original opening.



So a replacement unit may not fit evenly into the current sleeve.



So we need a new air conditioner unit and we may need a modification of the space for the sleeve.

We were unable to find an appropriate unit while we were in Florida.

There are many choices, but the stores are not carrying any models now in the Winter.

Can you work on this for us?



We are returning to West Palm on Sunday, February 5.
