WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!.
I was given a gift card to this boutique as a graduation present from close family friend. Knowing my love for fashion & since I work in the industry, a friend was sincere enough to put down a good amount of money for me to spend. So, I called Trilogy on Wednesday afternoon, from my work phone to see if they had any jewelry in stock from my favorite jewelry designer. After 2 rings an employee picked up the phone & said "Trilogy" with such a rude, harsh tone. I replied by saying hello and would like to know if they carried this specific item. However, I was never able to finish my sentence because the employee who answered the phone abruptly cut me off mid sentence and asked me, "whats your name"? I told her my name and again she cut me off and told me that Triology's caller ID read the name of the boutique's where I work at. As this has ANYTHING to do with the purpose of my call, I told this employee "yes, i am a paying customer who would like to purchase this jewelry piece from their store". She quickly said "I do not feel comfortable giving you any type of information!" i was speechless and appalled by her, thinking this is the worst way to ever conduct business, especially in this economy. Before I was able to say anything else she slammed the phone down.
I must say that I have been worked in high-end, designer retail for the past 9 years in Boca and i would never, ever have thought someone could speak to someone like this. I would never give any business to a store like this. Boca is a small town and i will gladly let everyone, bloggers, local customer, etc know about the experience i had.
Moreover, my father once went into this store to look for a gift to give my mother. He's business is located close to Trilogy and figured he'd give it a shot. But he really wanted to give her something nice and had $1,000.00 cash in his pocket to spend. However, the second he walked into the store, one of the associates looked at him up and down and turned the other way. Not ONE of the associates would approach him NOR would they even look in his direction. Apparently the employees of this store will only help you if your dressed up and wearing your best jewels. Well, stupid them because they not only could have made a big sale but they could of also have gotten a new customer.
