BEST STYLIST,,,AND I HAVE BEEN EVERYWHERE!. I went to Ulta for a hair color and cut with Dorothy last Saturday. Im from Boston and have had my hair done all over the map, including the famous Newbury Street. This is by far, the BEST cut I have ever had. The prices are not cheap, but you get what you pay for!
