I am local realtor and have used Drake's real estate title services for a number of closings ranging from $200,000.00 to $4,000,000.00, including in house short sale negotiations on several deals. Drake and his staff are super to work with and professional all the way. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home. The title company goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful closing!

I have worked for many small and large law firms, but Drake Ozment's office is the best law office I have ever come across in my entire 28 years being a paralegal working in the field. Drake and his staff exceeded our expectations on preparing our ch 7 bankruptcy in a timely fashion. Everything Mr Ozment told us was true and he 100% lived up to his word. And what a nice guy.

Drake has been my lawyer for several matters over the past ten years. He is fantastic. He has always helped me and many times prepared legal documents right in front of my eyes. He has always been available to see me for anything i needed to discuss with him and never charged a consultation fee. Drake and his staff have always handled things professionally, quickly and got the job done. I couldnt have gotten by without his help.I can say enough about this law firm.

First Rate LIAR!!!. First-Rate Liar!! Let me wholeheartedly agree with the reviewers who told of their miserable experiences with this lawyer and his law firm. I'm a recently widowed mother of 3, and I came to this lawyer to help me file for bankrupcy after the death of my loving husband and all the medical bills which followed. Also, he was the sole supporter of the family, and I was forced to go out into the workplace in this terrible ecomony and seek a job after 19 years as a homemaker. The bills simply overwhelmed myself and my family. $8 an hour doesnt go very far. Anyway, this dishonest lawyer talked me into going into a Chapter 13 bankrupcy. He frightened me into believing that I was going to loose my 2001 Toyota Corola if I filed for Chapter 7, which I later found out was a TOTAL LIE!! He deceived me into filing for Chapter 13 so he could make more than $3000 on his attorney fee, where Chapter 7 would have cost me less than half! When I learned of what he did I went to a totally honest lawyer who changed my case to a Chatper 7, which I should have been told to do right from the beginning. I am preparing to file a Bar compliant against this lawyer right now. He is ABOLUTELY the most under-handed and distrustful lawyer that there could ever be!!! He relies on his good looks and trusting smile to RIP YOU OFF!!! I cannot believe that lawyers like this are being allowed to practice!! If I ever do anything right in my entire life again, it would be to WARN the public about Drake Ozment!! PLEASE do yourself a BIG FAVOR and STAY CLEAR of this guy!!! He will do to you what he did to me!!!!! BTW, any "good" reviews here HAD to be written from somebody in his office!!! Will his lying NEVER END????? God bless...

Great Attorney!. When my husband and I first went in to see Mr. Ozment about filing for bankruptcy, he expalined all our different options. We then decided to do C13. Mr. Drake and his staff was always available to answer any questions we had through the entire process. His fees were very reasonable. I would recommend his service to anyone looking to file bankruptcy.

Outstanding Attorney!. I was appalled recently to read several negative reviews on Attorney Drake Ozment and his outstanding legal staff. Unlike these would be clients who didn't want to pay below average fees for the best legal services. Or perhaps they are attorneys themselves who can't get their own clients, so they try to steer others away from the Ozment Firm. On several occasions my family and I have retained Drake Ozment and I have and will continue to refer others to him for the best and most affordable legal services in South Florida. I don't need to hide behind fake names. I am J.C. Peace and have been associate pastor of a large PSL church for many years. I am former Managing Editor of The Bradenton Herald and Former Director of Communications for Tropicana Products, Inc. For years I was a political reporter for major daily newspapers. I have known and worked with many prominent attorneys, but none as eithical and competant as Drake and his staff. I have compared his fees with those of his competitors and he has them all beat. Many want the fees all in cash, but when the need is there, Drake finds a way to work it into the plan He makes it so anyone can avail themselves of his services, no matter their financial condition. I have one friend who filed a chapter 13 with another attorney and his payments to the court were over $900 a month. I referred this friend to Drake. His previous plan was cancelled and he refiled with Drake and his monthly payment ended up at under $150 a month. In only 3 years time this friend completed his chapter 13 plan because of the guidance of the Ozment Firm. Some situations are best suited for a Chapter 7, while others need only the Chapter 13. Mr. Ozment lays out the facts. You make the choice. It is my hope that none of you will fall for these misleading negative reviews but that you will have a free consultation with the Ozment Law Firm if you need help with Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Real Estate Closings and Short Sales, etc. You will be in the hands of a brilliant and caring attorney who has only your best interest at heart. Escape this Rip-Off Artist!. WATCH OUT!!! This lawyer and his firm are the absolute WORST! They make a practice of lying to their clients, and obviously creating and posting fake positive reviews for themselves. I went to this guy asa referral from my personal injury lawyer, and I saw through his song and dance almost immediately. One thing I will give him, he's an expert salesman. And what he sells is Bankruptcy, plain and simple. Whether you need it or not, he'll give you the hard sell for a BK. All I really needed was a decent modification of my mortgage, but this quack tried selling me a 5 year BK (Chap 13) that would have screwed up my credit big time. Listen to what all the people had to say who were either screwed by this guy, or were lucky enough to get out of his grasp before it was to late. Take my word for it, this guy and his scam law firm are out for nobody but themselves.

Drake Ozment Esq. Drake Ozment Esq. managed my C13 and I am please to say this was very smooth, and has now been closed. Throughout this time, he handled my case personally, promptly, professionally, and with much respect. My only wish is that I had met and engaged him sooner. I certainly can recommend Drake to anyone facing financial stress, who is in need of a friend, and good advice.
