Horrible. I just left there with my 13 year in tears. She asked for a specific cut shoulder length and peaking long in the front. She got a neck length bob it looks like shes wearing a helmet. Asked the lady to fix it and she just kept cutting it the same and shorter. I was clearly upset and they just looked at me and offered me no other option than to walk out with my teen in tears.
