I just wanted to say how thrilled I am with my new sliding glass door. It gave my home a newer more modern look inside and out. Also it has saved me a good amount on my electric bill. So thank you with all my heart Storm Tight and staff.

We recently purchased a foreclosure, and discovered shortly after moving in that we were definitely in need of new windows. Our home inspector had referred us to Storm Tight, and after comparing some prices and reading some reviews, we decided to go with his referral. On the days of installation, everything went very smoothly and the installers were very courteous and friendly.They cleaned up very nicely and now it has been a few months since we had the windows installed. We have been very happy with the windows- they are solid and open and close, lock, and clean as easily as we were expecting. Everything appears to be great quality, and we were pleased with all of our interactions with their entire staff.

Don't be fooled!! They have a great sales pitch but it all ends there the service and the lack professionalism you will receive will be a total disappointment. I replaced all my windows with them spending almost $30K one side of my house the upper were horizontal & bottom was vertical, looked like a flea market mix & match and they would not replace them instead I was charged. 2 years later one of the french door glass broke and I called them for an estimate, took them weeks to get someone out and weeks after just to be told they would have a quote soon, I even contacted the owner of the company Mr Lee Brown he assured me someone will get back to me with a quote, well that was April 18th and today is May 2nd and still not even a quote. I left them a message yesterday and today. I'm so frustrated!!!

Very nice staff, we had a thorough presentation given to my wife and I before we decided to protect our home with their windows. They are very professional and informative! We plan on getting our doors protected as well in the near future.

I called Storm Tight to get an estimate on some new windows for my home. The salesperson, James, showed up for the scheduled appointment on time. After a very informative presentation, I decided to take the special they were offering that day and purchased the windows. A professional meauring person showed up a few weeks later and measured all of the windows in my home and then a few weeks later, the installers came to the house.

They were right on time, very curtious. There were three guys, they worked ALL day on my windows, (one was a garden window so it took a little longer to install) they cleaned up after themselves, were very unassuming. I was able to work from home that day and barely knew they were there. They did a great job, the windows seem to be high quality, and a lot better than what I had before. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors because I was very impressed.

My sales person, Mark, was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. For us having a local, reliable team, offering an excellent warranty on their products was a high priority for us. From the installation team that I got to know very well during the process to everyone in the office; these people were nothing less then professional. Even with our indecisions in changing our order to better fit our needs, they handled it with great courtesy and made the changes swiftly without delay.
