Shelly just came to our home and groomed our cat. We wanted to let you know that we are very pleased with the service provided. Shelly was

very professional, both in her manner and care toward the cat as well as her technical skills in grooming her.

Chris groomed my Cairn Terrier yesterday and she has never looked so good. I've only had her groomed a couple of times before and wanted puppy cuts. When the other groomers were done, you couldn't even identify that she was a Cairn Terrier. I was so disappointed. But this time, I was so pleased when I saw what Chris had done. He is also really knowledgeable about dogs and he was really good with her because she was shaking like a leaf when I gave her to him and just a happy little camper when I got her back. Great job!

Horrible Experience. The service from this company is dismal at best. We asked for a simple service and that was to walk our dog while we were away so she could pee and poop.

We returned home and there was pee and poop in our house. The service did not come to our house and provide what we asked for. Our dog is 6 years old and has never (not even once) defecated in the house.

The service did not do what they said and still charged our card. When we disputed the charge we received threatening phone calls and harassment (stating we know where you live, and you better pay us or else).

Do not use this company they service is pitiful. Hire a high school student, its cheaper and they love animals.
