Highly recommended. Our first encounter with Golden Bear Realty was late 2011 when my wife and I were interested in selling our home in Palm Beach Gardens. Our Realtor met with us and presented a very detailed market analysis. During the appointment Gail was very informative and gave us her honest opinion of price and what we needed to do to sell our home fast. We got a contract 6 weeks later and we couldn't be more happy with the way the real estate agency handled our transaction from start to finish.

Such A Pleasure To Deal With!. My husband and I were looking to buy a condo and we found Golden Bear Realty while researching through Jupiter real estate online. The real estate agency was very helpful in finding us a contractor to help with remodeling and they even recommended a local physician. We are very happy with our new condo and for how easy the company made the entire buying and relocating experience.

My Realtor was Joanne Cerreta and she exceeded all my expectations in finding me a new Palm Beach Gardens home in PGA National Resort and Spa.
